Hello, I’m Estelle. I was born in Provence (South of France), but I didn’t grow up there as I grew up all over the world. 

Yet every year, I returned to my little Provence for holidays, for family, for memories

And every time, I fell a little more in love.

Provence shaped me through feelings:
The sea, the sunny long days, old stone villages, rosé at golden hour, pétanque games that last too long, fresh fish, wild herbs, slow lunches, outdoor tables, laughters and good vibes shared around long tables and that effortless laid-back way of living.

After years of traveling the world, that feeling stayed with me. So I wanted to recreate it, not perfectly, but emotionally, for everyone to enjoy and make it their little corner of happiness.

Bangkok has so many great French restaurants, but it’s actually pretty rare to find the comforting, home-style dishes from the South of France, the kind that have been passed down through generations in my family.

With my family spread all across Provence: from the Côte d’Azur and Camargue to the Var, and through the vineyards of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and Toulon, I wanted to share a little piece of that heritage here in Bangkok. My goal is simply to bring these special regional dishes to the table and let people experience the warm, authentic flavors of Provence in a relaxed and welcoming way.
